I am tiring of the size and weight of the f/2.8 lens. I only take it with me when I KNOW I am going to use it. Interested? Really, I am still debating. I don't have it listed for sale..., yet. Dedicated APS-c shooter. Gripped 60D, 60 2.8, 10-22, 15-85, Σ70-200 OS and a big white something or other! Plus a 5D w/28-75.

I will post it on the SALE board if and when I decide to sell it. I have been on POTN for a month and have no track record. I doubt if anyone would buy from me right now, anyway. This thread caused me to get out my Sigma 70-200 f/2.8 OS HSM and do a few comparisons. I have to agree with Talley's summation. This lens is weak at 200mm and f/2.8, even in the center. I have nothing to compare it to, however. Dedicated APS-c shooter. Gripped 60D, 60 2.8, 10-22, 15-85, Σ70-200 OS and a big white something or other! Plus a 5D w/28-75.

Thanks again to Talley for taking the time and trouble to do all of this. And NO, my Siggy is not for sale. Ahem, I got my Tamron new for 1200.
