As it turns out, you can use the live histogram in video mode. Power up and then just mash the INFO button a couple times till it displays. This should give you a pretty good feel for the exposure. You might want to look out for mixed lighting too. It may be worth setting your white balance manually.

Hmmmm. I've never quoted myself before. I dunno... it seems a bit pretentious. :oops:

I use the one that comes with Magic Lantern .. not sure if it's the same as the built in one or not to be honest. Manual white balance is a good idea for sure. Unless I run and gun then I leave it on auto.

Yep! Getting the same message from Avast on IE8 and Firefox 23.0.1 but seemingly no harm done. Started a day or two ago for me.

Now this seems a bit strange. I get the warning if I'm opening this thread by clicking from a link in an email. If I click a link for the "60D Random OT B.S." thread it opens right up with no drama.
