Immaculens creeped by the TF.... ![]() More info | Sep 15, 2013 22:29 | #4832 oops, typo on my part - I did try 320th/sec but typically 125th/sec with same color balance result... (warmer HSS vs cooler 1st curtain) Jon wrote in post #16299642 ![]() X-sync on the 60D with a Canon flash is 1/250 sec. Use faster than that and you aren't getting a full frame of flash. If you're using first curtain, you'll get flash for maybe the first 2/3 the frame; with second curtain, you'll get flash for the last part of the frame. Will immaculens.com

Sep 16, 2013 02:12 | #4843 Went for a Sunday drive today and this is some of what we saw. Ouch! Just realized how bad the gun one turned out. It was a super dark bar and no tripod, so tried to clean up the non focus and 6400 ISO with the grain tool, but looks a little overboard. Oh well, just have a reason to go back, right? ![]() SDroad ![]() ![]() IMAGE LINK: http://www.flickr.com/photos/drdphotos/9769543331/ ![]() IMG_8047 ![]() ![]() 6D . Gripped 60D . Gripped XSI . Yeah it would have been better, but I just had the 24-105 f4 on. Plus it was super dark even for a bar. They have a few of those original old time light bulbs and then everything else is those LED tea lights in a tinted candle holder on all the tables, so not a whole lot of light in there at all. I guess since it's the Owl bar it has to be dark. 6D . Gripped 60D . Gripped XSI . Opteka 6.5 . Canon 10-22 . Canon 18-135 . Canon 50 1.8 MKII . Canon 24-105 f4 L . Canon 70-200 2.8 IS MKII L .
