Image 1 is fantastic. Image 2...not so much, but only because of angle. Perhaps shoot through the fence?

Thanks for the compliment. Maybe I should have put the back story to it. We were at an air show and he was trying to get as close to the planes as possible through the fence so that's what I was trying to capture. We were not allowed on the other side.

#1 is excellent. I like #2 also but maybe a slightly tighter crop on the left to inhance him looking out of the frame. Nice work.

Thanks for the compliment. I actually thought about framing #2 that way but I didn't want to lose the bokeh in the shot. Maybe I will do another version though.

Thank you! I actually like the 2nd one more but I think it's because of the memory more than the actual quality of the image.
