Strange... the link to "Tiered Discount Savings", which was supposed to last from Sep 15 through Sep 25, now gives a broken link error page.

The Speedlite 430 EX II Refurbished was previously showing $15 off in cart, but no longer does - even though it is still available.

I guess "subject to availability" means "we can end the discount any time we want".

I think it's always been $15, no? $15 off $100, $50 off $250, and $100 off $500.

Thanks! You just saved me some money, maybe.

I think there are 2 different discounts. One starts at $20 off $100, and applies to refurbished DSLR, Pixma printers, EF lenses, binoculars. The other one starts at $15 off $100, and covers some other refurbished products including Speedlite flashes. (I'm not sure what else, as the link is still broken.)

You should have used the Canon Loyalty Program and gotten taken the 15% off the refurbished price of $2,799.12
Net price would have been $2,379.33 instead of $2,699.12. Savings of another $320 and some change

They probably would have thrown in the bag as well -

Yep I used CLP and saved a TON of Green for sure final total was (as I remember) $2500 and change for the 5D Mark II with upgraded 2 day shipping. Must say the Mark III is such an improvement over the Mark II.

Guess it's still too new but I am sure they will add it soon, anyone know why it's not added yet? They have 6D's in stock as referbs..I say skip the 6D and go right for the 5D Mark III its a way better camera.

I don't know about "way" better. I think that depends on what you shoot. I own both the 6D and 5D MkIII and I find the 6D to be much better in low light interior shots. My 5D MkIII's AWB is all over the place and shooting with the center focus point seems to be better on my 6D when I need to shoot indoor receptions and such. If I'm out shooting action shots, then the 5D MkIII wins every time.

If the OP needs Wifi and GPS and not something for action shots, then the $1000 premium needed for the 5D MkIII would be better spent on glass.

Canon's check-out pages have been screwing up all morning. I had a 600 EX flash in my cart since it came back in stock and when I comes time to complete my order, I get a blank screen. Within a few minutes I lost my place in line for one of these. Argh. Just lost out on a great deal. Oh well :)
