Need some advice on this photo.
How can I get everyone in focus?

In addition to the options stepping back or stopping down your aperture to increase your depth of field, a third option is to ensure that all three people are on the same plane of focus (this option can be more difficult since its affects both your composition and the spontaneity of the shot).

I'm enjoying shooting with this lens. Went nursery shopping on the weekend and this water fountain statue caught my eye. Cropped the photo, added some vibrance and sharpening it a little.

Question for the group.

Anyone using the lens hood ES-52? (http://www.amazon.com …414&sr=1-1&keywords=ES-52 (external link))

If so what do you think worth it or waste of 20$?

Thanks

You can also step farther back. DOF increases with distance to subject,
