Many new lens profiles are now available, e.g. EF-85/1.8 and EF-135/2.0, the latter also with TC's.

Think I have found a big with this version.

My work flow is to

1) edit in DPP
2) use ZoomBrowser EX to set the comment field
3) export to 8 bit TIFF
4) final editing, sharpening etc in Photoshop.

Well this always worked OK and the comment would be in the EXIF data.

Now I can see the comment in DPP using info but the TIFFs have no comment field, confirmed using Windows File Browser>Details tab.

That's why I don't automatically update anymore. Here, after reading what the changes are, I have no reason to update DPP, I have no new camera, no 20-400L! shooting only raw. So no update for me.

Just uninstall and reinstall the previous version if you can find it? That's also the reason I use FW 2.0.0 on my 7d, I never had any freeze symptom, so no need for 2.0.3 (except maybe ML)! when you can NOT get back to the former FW better be cautious.

I may try that, I keep the old versions for just this reason.

I use Photoshop for everything. I keep it simple, why use 3 or 4 programs and then end up using Photoshop when you can do it all there in the beginning, but that is just me.

I used to use Photoshop and adobe RAW but all the additions on DPP make it very usable, better in some ways, and I don't have to pay Adobe for an upgrade every time a get a new body.
