I took mine for a spin the other day. I've had it 10yrs now but it's only done maybe 10k actuations. It was while I was officiating at a cyclo-x and I even used the pop-up flash for a few sidelit competitors. Popped the 40stm on it with a little metal Hoya hood and got some cracking images (for the level of the 10D and my abilities, that is!! ).

Not often but I do still use it. For the most part, I keep it handy around the house so when I see a shot, I can grab it quick and get the shot without having to get to my camera bag, get the camera out and set it up.
10D usually has the 28-135 IS lens on it.
I do use my other 10D as well .... that one is converted to B&W Infrared

Interesting to see another user of the the old 28/135IS too. Had mine since my film days with the EOS3 but don't use it much.

fired mine up a couple of weeks back, & it's coming up with CF card error :-(
tried a number of cards, checked the pins are all there, and it still no good. Shooting without card enabled & it takes & displays the shot okay, so must be some internal issue.

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", 1D MK II converted for IR, and now an M5
TF posting: here :-)

I got my 10D ten years ago too..

It normally occupies my closet. But I dig it out from time to time. I sometimes attach it to my Hexacopter Drone and take high altitude photos. I used to use my 7D for this, but the sight of it up so high in the air made me nervous :) The 10D is expendable.

Nooooo! The 7D is expendable, the 10D is an antique ...

I bought a used 10D about a year ago to get into the digital age, added a 100-400L lens in the spring, and then a 7D about 5 months ago. To minimize lens swapping, I usually keep the 100-400 on the 7D for wildlife (my primary interest), and a 24-85 on the 10D for scenics and people, if I have the luxury of being able to have a couple cameras on hand. The 10D still does a fine job!

I have two of them (28-135 IS) and they get used all the time, no matter which camera I am using!

Not really a 10D but I recently used my old, FW hacked 300D (function wise an equivalent to 10D now) with 400mm DO for air spotting around 3 weeks ago.

Not as snappy as 5D3 of course but still get some very good pictures!

Thinking to get a 17-55mm for the 300D just for a family camera.

I have no idea where my 10D is but I did find the 28-135 IS lens the other day. Not a bad lens . . . .

Yes, still have mine and I'm irritated that a couple weeks ago, it shot better pics at a football game with the Canon 70-300mm IS lens, than my 7D with 70-200 F/4 did.
