My first newborn-ish shoot

He's actually 4 weeks old but only weighs just over 6lbs so he's still tiny! It took a while to get some photos as he was not a happy boy lol. I was there 3 1/2 hours. Here's a few. C&C please?

Needs work on lighting, consistent white balance, posing, framing/composition. Skin looks best in #3 but the pose doesn't work for me.

The thumbs up one is begging for some kind of caption. How about "Way to go, Giants!"? They're good newborn shots, but I'd sure like to see a few with the eyes open.

Try shooting more from eye level like in #4.

He actually has jaundice, his skin and the whites of his eyes were quite yellow. But it would look better without it even though his skin was like that in real life lol!
