Just curious if anyone is having issues where their 5D3 is underexposing by about 1/3 - 1/2 stop. Seems like I'm always having to bump up exposure in post.

Also, in regards to the Auto ISO menu, I'm having 2 issues: First, if I leave it to Auto minimum shutter speed, then the camera frequently tends to go lower than 1/focal length (ie. chooses 1/40 on a 50mm lens) instead of bumping the ISO up another stop. Second, there aren't enough options to choose from when using various focal lengths. For example, if I'm using my 135L, I am stuck choosing between 1/100 or 1/250. Is there any workaround for this? Maybe the MagicLantern software??

I've noticed for proper exposer I have to open consistently 1/2 to 3/4 stop from meter reading.

It's extremely frustrating, especially when shooting in Manual mode. I like to adjust my shutter and aperture as I see fit for the scene and let the camera choose the ISO...theres no way to correct for the underexposure in doing this. So I'm forced to either manually adjust my ISO (which isn't practical for dynamic environments) or resort to using Av or Tv mode.

What kind of metering are you doing? Spot metering usually works well for me.

How about setting the Exposure Compensation to 2/3+?

Yes, I always find myself overexposing by at least 1/3 stop.

I barely got 15 pictures out of a new TS-E 24 mm before I got an Err 01 error message. Off to Canon for replacement/repair.
