Yep, one speedlite in a rectangular softbox practically above the models head and a reflector for fill (it's that catch light you see in her eyes).

^^ first one is really nice.

Especially if you crop it a bit and clone out the power poles on the horizon line.

And knock down the brightness on the foreground around the dog.
