I have a couple screens similar to those and they are pretty nice, vivid, screens. The gamut isn't fantastic, but you aren't going to get much better at that price range. You'd have to spend around $300 to get anything significantly better. If you want something easier to calibrate, don't mind the loss of color of a $300 screen, then these are OK. I use mine for video editing - they're 1080 (16:9) which lends to video editing. I edit photos on an Ultrashart (U) series screen. If you're going to be editing photos professionally or are a stickler for accuracy I'd look into an Ultrasharp. If you send most of your work out to a professional printing shop, many will do color correction for you, if you get it in the ballpark beforehand.
