Hehe...yes, at times it seemed like it.:D
As the Raroa has no propulsion engines, she has no prop to put into reverse...therefore no brakes! And it takes just as much horsepower to stop a ship as it does to get it moving. That second tug took up the stern line out in the bay, and we watched it go very tight a few times before the Raroa was safely tied up alongside the wharf.

Hi there! New to the site, but love ships!

I can see there are both photos of fine ships, and fine photos of ships ... so this is for the first group - two shots from an Ixus 85 taken August last year ... mercy please !
