I would like ideas on upbeat music and songs to play during photoshoots?
I'm trying to make a playlist in spotifly preferably with songs that make them feel beautiful.

When the model arrives, "what kind of music do you like?" then use Pandora or Spotify and do a genre radio.

Ask the model or client to bring an I-Pod or CD with their playlist......it's far better than trying to guess on what they would like.

Playing music you like is great for "your" mood, but bring the certain emotion for your subject is probably more important. I usually give them a list of words and ask them to bring songs that reflect those emotions. Ex. what makes you think of your first kiss, the day someone you loved passed away, etc.
When those songs come on, focus and snap away ... the emotion will be well evident in their eyes!
