Unfortunately....or maybe fortunately..... my natural instinct when i see a deer is to want to shoot it lol. Not only for fun, but because they are delicious.

I don't eat red meat but the one time I remember having venison it was delicious.

Tough decision, I'm gonna have to go with thedcmule2, congratulations!

Didn't realise this was a hard one, in my eyes there was still a lot of room for improvement in terms of cropping, contrast, colours and how to play with the silhouette.

Here's my own take on it.

I'm just curious but since you mentioned playing with the silhouette, is this the same shot as the one posted for editing? I only ask because the deer is at a slightly different location and has a different pose than the original.
