Your pics are beautiful as always! You make me miss Valley of Fire so much! I live in New Jersey & every time I go to Vegas, I ditch my friends at the casinos & head to VoF with my camera!

As idea what camera settings you used? I'd love to know how you don't get shadows on the faces when the sun seems to be on the side of them?

Thank you so much everyone! These are all 100% natural light - no reflectors or strobes.

HOLY COW! These are sick. Did you try any in Black and White?

I've just tried editing some of these in to B&W and they look stunning. I love the colour versions but in B&W they almost become 3D. I'm not going to post the results because I'm sure Lisa will do her own B&W versions if she wanted to.

All stunning photos Lisa. Three is worthy of hanging proudly on a wall but if it was my daughter I would hang seven in my living room for everyone to see. In that shot she looks very natural and I am betting that it shows her true personality best. Great series.

Trever Canon 7D, 24-70 F2.8L ii, Sigma 10-20 1:4-5.6 DC HSM, and a bunch of other little stuff to make light sorta work. Deviant (external link)
