So i want to see everyones computer setup. anything from editing on the go to your sweetest custom build computers.

My setup currently is a late 2011 15" MBP with dual 500 gig hard drives, 16 gigs ram. Nothing else too special.

I wish someone could tell me what its worth, and im trying to sell it for $900, but its fun for now

13-inch Mid-2012 MacBook Pro, 750GB hard drive, 500GB LaCie USB 3 rugged drive for primary backup, secondary backup is a 500GB WD passport. 8 gigs of RAM for now. Driving an old 19" CRT that's still balls-on for colour calibration.

I also have the coolest paperweight: an early 2008 MacBook.

I'll try to take a picture later, if I have time to clean the desk first...

In as few words as possible: it has 1GB of RAM... I can brew a pot of coffee while waiting for Photoshop CS3 (and a couple of files) to load...

Here's where I do my work, in my home office. I'm a consultant, so I like to have a big desk to spread papers around. The three screens are attached to the Mac Pro on the floor to the right. It's got a 3.33 gHz hex-core CPU, 24 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD boot disk, 8 TB internal HDD, and two fast graphics cards. It works OK for me.

A Fujitsu P910 - i7-3770, 24GB of RAM, 1TB HDD (OS) with 64GB Cache SSD and 3TB storage drive connected via Display port to a ZR24w monitor. (Running Windows 7 and Linux in VMs if required)

This will be good for a few years :) - still have my laptop as well, a Vaio SZ71VN/X with an Intel G2 SSD, 160GB - else Windows and SUSE Linux on it.

Does sitting that close to those monitors bother your eyes after a while (judging the distance based on the depth of your desk)? I had 2 28" screens for a while and at times I would have to sit pretty far back and stretch my arms out to reach the keyboard at the edge of my desk from eye fatigue. And my desk is a lot deeper than yours.
