Someone seems to be enjoying their lee filters :p

I concur. Butch, when did your Lee filters finally arrive?

Just following your footsteps, Rick... Hehehhe...

Harm... Finalized my Lee setup with the last item I acquired last week; the Lee wide angle bellows hood lens (2 filter slots)... Prior to that, it was a slow build-up starting with a 0.6 ND and 0.9 hard edge GND... Both of which I took on my Alaska cruise vacation... Then I added a 0.9 soft edge GND and the Big Stopper a few weeks after... And finalized the set with the same Lee hood lens that Rick has...

Done and DONE!!! Hehehehe...

:D

PS. A quick shout-out to Rick for all his assistance on Lee filters... Thanks man... Much appreciated!!!

My Lee arrived the other day, and finally got out of work in time to take my first shot with it.

Lovely shot above butchie. I currently use Lee GNDs, CPL, big stopper but was wondering the benefits of the bellows? Does it basically act as a normal lens hood does? Do you notice a difference with and without it?

Sometimes when I use the big stopper, depending on where the sun is, I get light leak or something. Still not worked out if its coming through the view finder from the rear or if its coming in between filter and filter holder. I think it depends on sun angle as doesn't always happen. I was wondering if the bellows might help. (Im assuming its light leak but not sure)

In your case, I think the non-ND shot wins.

Both great photos but I also agree the non ND shot is super dramatic, like it!!!!
