Strange collision shapes

A few strange shapes from the last session. The drop vessel is just a teacup filled to overflowing.

A few drops of neat food colouring added to the reservoir which sunk straight to the bottom and after a few drops came through with unpredictable results.

Those are sweet. Any chance you could post your method?
