A 5D Mark III arrives tomorrow.
Any quick tips any one would like to share?
Maybe dispel the rumor that for fast rights leave out the SD card, or is that true?
The write speed only slows when you are writing to the SD card. I keep a SD and CF card in the camera at all times, but I only write to the CF card usually. Only when I need a backup for redundancy or if I run out of space on the CF card do I start using the SD card. Buffer clearing is noticeably slower at that point. Good thing is, you can use cheaper SD cards, probably don't need one faster than 30 or 45MB/s.

With all due respect to both you and Daniel, I completely disagree.

I'm a big fan of Dan but I agree with Cory, this is not his best.
Thats o.k lol, thats the whole thing about art isnt it-something just grabs one person yet doesnt the other. I agree that a lot if not all of his work is fantastic, but for some reason this one just grabbed me. There is distraction that the womens back bent looks a little awkward to me but mehhh

And I agree with both ^^^^ lol it would've been better if he said that this was the shot he liked the most
But if it is the shot I liked the most then wouldnt that make it the best in my mind? Anyways great work....sheesh giving compliments is hard work
