Already invested too much in L glass. Here is a picture taken with 5DII that could benefit from A7R or D800E extra 2.5 stops in the shadows. I get vertical banding if try to recover to much in the shadows.

I don't think anyone claimed Canon was perfect...just closer than Nikon.

You say that while owning a 6d. Which is a rip off.

Canon 5d Mark III. 35L, 85L, 135L holy trinity!

I shoot canon, but i'd take a d600 and risk it, then take a gimped 6d.

So you'd buy a d600 and then you'd buy a 6D?
Excellent.

Think new Canon lenses are overpriced? Lots (and lots) of data will set you free!

No. You know what I meant. 6d is an insult to the consumer. I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

I know you have one of the problem Canon cameras which you paid dearly for but that's really not a reason to belittle a quality camera like the 6D...but if it makes you feel better...

I'm probably selling soon. I do landscape and canon's sensor is almost embarrassing.

Dude, if you're not happy with your gear, just sell and move on.
Nobody cares about your gear other that you.

Obviously you do, if you're commenting. Stop trying to start a fight.

I wasn't even being sarcastic.
The guy spent over $6k on his equipment and he's not happy with his results.
I'd be pissed too,
