Did some senior photos for a student as a favor because the deadline was approaching and she had no other option. Her and her mother were thrilled. I was pleased but definitely see areas of improvement.

I don't really have much in terms of pp skills but feel like my photographing skills have gotten better. I see a lot of people's work on this forum and realize I have a long way to go before I call myself a photographer.

These were taken on the University of the Pacific campus in Stockton California...it's like an oasis in that city.

They all look pretty good. Only suggestion is maybe crop #5 as more of a head shot.

They look good. I like the use of colors.

BTW...I live in SoCal and visited my sister in Manteca over Thanksgiving. I dragged her family out to Knights Ferry for a photo shoot and it was perfect.

I actually live in Escalon, which is a little town next to Manteca that you pass on the way out to Knight's Ferry. Definitely one of my favorite local places to shoot. Glad you were able to make it out there!

I think 1,5, and 7 are bit dark and your verticals are just off which make them seem like they weren't supposed to be like that. Great expressions and lovely model. I'm sure they were happy with them.

Thanks!. UOP is a nice place to shoot at. I need to go in the spring and give it a go. I seem to always find myself there in the fall.

Stray hair on image 3 across the forehead. Set is great though.

She looks the most comfortable in #3. Nice deep colors in the #1.

I just got my first pair of glasses that I didn't think I needed. I apologize to anybody in the past year that I said their pictures were out of focus lol.

1 and 6 are my favorites - this is a really nice set! The biggest areas that need improvement I think are getting your model to give you varied expressions (she has almost the same expression in all of the photos except the last) and posing...she looks a little stiff in some.
