Ordered the 70d and the 18-135 stm lens for $150 more. This would be my first stm lens and figured why not for an extra $150 for the kit. I'll be using my favorite lens of all the sigma 17-50 2.8 for most of my stills and video work but I'd like to be able to have a silent focusing lens for video when using on camera shotguns.

Ahhh it will get here in 5 day. Waiting is the hardest part...

It's worth the wait! When I ordered mine I downloaded the manual from Canon. Gave me something to do while waiting.

Just try not to think about it. I usually try to avoid thinking about anything I order, so it usually gets here faster "mentally." Have fun with the 70D.

The pain is that the battery grip and knock off batteries will arrive before the body. To taunt me... Also got a low pro 302 and a mono pod which was free with an instant discount thing which was a bonus.

read the entire manual...now what? Also read up on all the stats on the new 18-135stm lens coming with it. I wonder if it outperforms my sigma 18-200, which the is no longer works

I also went and read all the reviews I should have read before I bought it. Then I spent a couple hundred on new stuff to go with it. Then I got out my 50D and took a bunch of shots with it. I feel for you but that's all I got.

I've read all of it. Accessories are coming with the camera...along with a pair of shoes...

Here's to the snow not slowing down the usp driver

Are you saying your sigma 18-200 lens no longer works? If so, what's wrong with it?

Al
