Jim, you need to stop posting pictures, you're making me want to go to Florida. :-P
This is a cool shot!

Saw this one somewhere else today, Flickr or Facebook perhaps, meant to comment there, but will here since it's a larger size and can see the details better. In the smaller sizes the clouds look over processed, but think that was just a result of the image size as they look amazing and not over done at all here. Nicely done B&W conversion as well.

actually not as much as one would think, I did basic adjustments in LR then took to PS , started with some noise reduction first then added Topaz Clarity in a small amount just to add some highlights to the water, I reduced the amount on a layer mask in the sky as I didnt want to blow the sky up, then I added some Topaz Detail to the rocks, the image was then converted in Topaz B&W effects, no dodging or burning was done to the image what so ever ,, all plug ins were added to separate layers and the opacity was adjusted to taste along with layer masks to remove from areas not desired, all in all it probably only took me about 10 minutes to do this edit, this image just seemed to fall into place on its own ;)

Perfectly captured. I like the combination of heavy clouds and motion of water.
