well the title does not lie!

I enjoy the de-saturated look, the orange thing is a bit distracting though

I like it also....except for the orange thing on the ground. I think it could be cloned out. Otherwise, the BG works for me, because this is sort of a "gritty" shot. It doesn't necessarily have to be sanitary. I like her expression and the processing.

I'd color the yellow thingie the same as the utility box that is camera left of it.

Like revised, like the idea and the image, but yea, that yellow thing isn't doing you any favors!
