A few of my bags have horizontal webbing straps on the sides/ends to attach lens cases or accessory bags. The webbing is fixed to the bag at both ends. The lens cases that are designed to fit have a vertical strap fixed at only one end, so that the loose end can pass through the bag strap and then fix (usually velcro). I'm picturing LowePro as an example - http://store.lowepro.com …ensCase11x26_Sliplock.jpg
Now, I have a perfectly good lens case/bag that came with my 70-200, which would serve me well as an accessory lens case to attach to my bags. Except, of course, for the fact that the vertical webbing on the case is fixed at both ends. Great for putting your belt through, I suppose.
So does anyone know of a doohickey that would bridge the gap, so to speak? Or has anyone rigged up a DIY option?
