100-400 L in 2010. Use it frequently and is tack sharp. A very good first experience with an L. So now I have more :)

After 3 years of owning my first DSLR, I didn't get my L lens until I upgraded to T4i from T2i. My first L lens was 24-105m. A great all-around lens. I eventually had to sell about a year later after reading rumors about IS version, I'm willing to wait and hope for one. ^^'

After owning a 350D since '06 and getting by with the kit lens and 75-300 till I bought a 7D in November last year. I've accumulated a few other lenses since then, and finally purchased my first "L", a 70-200 f4, last month. Love the lens so far.

Still learning.

17-40 f/4. I sold it to fund the 24-70 f/2.8L.

Sometimes I still miss it.

70-200mm f4 IS; bought it about a month ago. Didn't have to save up but I did have to convince myself to drop that kind of moolah on a lens...especially given that I just got into the photog thing a few months ago. Figured I'd get the f4 to save some change since low light shooting wasn't a priority. Haven't got to use it much yet, but from all the comments and pics I've seen on it, I'm uber excited to.

Some moments are too amazing to be ruined with words.

Spent many years drooling over the L white lenses. After I saved enough I got my first canon 70-200 f4 iS usm.

Canon 70D/70-200 f4/17-55 2.8/BG-E9/430EZ I like DSLR's. It makes a distinction between photo fans and normal people who don't give a damn how a picture could look like

I think I posted EF-s 17-55 several months ago tongue in cheek. For real a 100-400 that I ordered yesterday.

I got my 100-400 in August. I had rented one to go to an air show, and really liked it. That helped me make up my mind on what to buy, and I like my copy even better.

First was a 17-40L. Bought it for wide angle on a 50D. After upgrading to a 6D, thinking about selling it to fund a 35L. Second is 135L. Haven't had a chance to sniff it yet, as it's currently wrapped under the Christmas tree:)
