I like it, HDR works well for this kind of shots. I'd like it more with a perfect symmetry 8/10

nice and sharp and good exposure.. only thing id say is maybe a wider aperture to blur the cathedral out a bit more as it fights for the focus with the tree.. 8/10

Would have loved to see a much tighter crop. Way too much dead space for sure.

^ This was already 100% crop. I only had 300mm with 1.4x on FF.

6/10. This is an interesting, unique subject. I like the shot and the colors, but it has a snapshot-like feel to it; I feel you might have been better served to frame directly head on and fill the frame (top to bottom) with the building itself, with a bit of dead space from the sidewalk on the left.

---

A favorite local place of mine especially for boat watching. It's right on the intracoastal canal near Port Everglades, where cruise ships depart for the Caribbean. Shot this on the floating wood decking, effectively making the tripod useless. Thus, I cranked the ISO to 8000 and managed a 1/10 s shutter speed using the TS-E 17 and my 6D.

I'm going to bump that up to 9/10, as I've tried BiF, with very little luck.

7/10 Cute kitten and its expression. You have its attention and it works if you aren't level with the creature. I like the composition and pattern on the carpet. It makes me wonder what is at the far end. The shadowing over its right eye is a little off putting, but I like the lighting otherwise.

Don't forget to rate the photo above yours. ;-)a

Great shot. Some people might say over processed but I like it like that - brings out the textures in the skin well.

8/10

The upper right corner is a bit too dark for my taste, but great job with the shadows in all other areas of the image. The tone of the image is between green and blue, I think it's a bit distracting, yet it adds the mood to the photo, so I have very mixed feelings overall. 7/10

The sky looks extremely over-processed, as can be well observed by the unnaturally looking magenta sky on the top right. The photo could use some leveling and sharpening, since the trees look fuzzy. There is lack of a subject that can perhaps make the image boring. The dirt also looks extremely yellow, and maybe the image could benefit from a crop or a re-take. 4/10

Very nice black and white photo. Reminds me of an abyss in the background. 7/10 since its nothing overly exciting, but still very nice.
