Hi all,

I am doing a bit of practice with food photography for a project I am doing with a friend. I'd love a little feedback on this:

Btw, this is shot with 6D, 85mm f1.8@5.6, iso 100, natural light coming from behind through a diffuser and a little bounced light off some foamboard.

Overall I like the shot. Good, no great color.

One drawback is the glare in the upper-left corner coming off the table.

I like it a lot. I wish there was a tad less blurriness on the foremost leaf to make the picture come together a bit more.

I see what you mean... that would be a good idea. but I need fresher cilantro to do that! It was pretty wilted by the time I got to do this so I figured I would use it for color only. But you are right the composition would be better with it in focus at the near end.

Thanks for the feedback folks!
