We're you going for "silhouette " subjects? Good shot. I'd experiment with cropping a bit of the right off (past the pole) since it doesn't really add value to the story you are trying to tell.

Yeah, I'd do a little cropping to move the main guy out of the center of the frame; you should also watch for random items sprouting out of your subject (like the parking sign coming out of his head). I like the colors and the mood, though.
