They received the lens on Saturday, I got an email today from canon, I called them authorized payment, and should have my camera and lens back on Friday, considering i shipped it last Thursday, im happy with that. a little over a week for full turn around time.

If you are CPS Platinum it's arrived at CPS then it's 2 working days to post out ( assuming you've paid ).

CPS Gold is arrived and 3 working days to post out ( from paid ).

CPS Silver is arrived 5 working days to post out ( from paid ).

Non CPS precious metal standard could be up to 30 working days.

Thats UK/Europe standards. So you got it about right/even before time.
