Intuit is just okay. Wasn't impressed with their quality of service.

PayPal Here is instant. I've been using PayPal for as long as I can remember.

I have used Square for sometime now. Payments always made to my account the next day. If the reader goes out the data can be input manually. I don't know how there customer service is because never had a problem of any kind, it just works.

Golfecho Just remember to attach your Square Account to a Side account and not a main Banking Account.Because If anything happens you don't want to give them Access to a lot of Money...

PayPal is instant pay which is another plus.

The only time I had a problem with the transaction is when they are fraudulent. With swiping the actual card it would be rare but a good reminder to check the ID anyway. With online, you can type in the card number but you do risk using stolen card if the IP address and billing/shipping doesn't match or the customer doesn't go through the checkout with valid non-stolen card.
