A photo I took over the Christmas holidays. A rather controversial stance regarding gun violence here in the US. This "nativity scene" was on a church property here in Southern California.

Isn't 6D much worse than the 5D Mark III?

The missed focus was my fault (manual lens at f/1.4), but I still liked the shot. Just wanted to ward off the 6D focus nay sayers

In AF, for the most part, yes. I believe the centre AF point on the 6D is better though (in low light). ISO performance on the 6D is better at higher ISO's from what I have seen (haven't seen comparisons at low ISO's though). I believe the 5D III has banding issues as well and images look worse with exposure and shadows etc pushed up in PP compared to the 6D. The 6D has wifi and GPS whereas I don't think the 5D III does. So on pure IQ, I believe the 6D is actually better. 5D III main advantage is the AF which makes it a great camera for fast-paced action and sports, whereas the 6D is pretty basic and lacking in this regard.

I have to admit, I do like the fall and winter... for a bit. It's gotten old fast this year though, fridged cold coupled with very little snow and lots of rain... no thanks :|

Luckily, I could drive north for a little over an hour and make it to the snow. :D
