Hello everyone, Here are a few more of the Coopers Hawk that rules, for now, the backyard. He seems to be getting quite comfy after He has had his lunch. A rainy afternoon, still with the cloudy sky that until today has been here for quite a while, with a nicer perch and no doggone sticks in the way, lol. For now, He is the King of the backyard. It still amazes me how all the peeps can tolerate the cold, rainy, nasty days that at least for me, rather enjoy sitting by the woodstove....

The King,

I love the moss covered tree. It really was a nice place for him to perch. Someone has left a pile of Bluejay feathers near my feeders twice last week. The least he could do was allow me to see him perched in a nearby tree! Great set, and enjoy your wood heat...I sure do!
