Looking at it now though I think I need to readjust the horizon in the second picture -Seth

Bill W quality setting? my 2 up there were shot in manual, but i don't think thats what makes it "clear". i adjusted some stuff on LR5 yes, a little on clarity. but also you just have to make sure you focus correctly, have good exposure, and also have fun! But most shoot raw instead of JPEG, and do some adjustments in post processing, like adding sharpness and contrast. Bas
