I think I agree with you here--except this is a photography forum, so even if airports or windmills are in fact more of a problem--and I agree that they are--we really should take the opportunity to discuss our ethics from a photographic perspective--no ?

Just because there are bigger problems in the world with causes I have no control over doesn't mean I shoudn't be concerned about my, even small impact upon it.

Really? This whole thread is a distraction to what's really going on in the name of law and for the good of the people. All in how you see it I suppose. How many owls do the photographers baiting them kill, versus the airports?

Actually, this is the Bird Talk Forum, but let's not let facts get in the way.

Bird Talk Forum is under the heading 'Talk About Photography'. You do know that this is a photography forum, right ?

On the bird photo posting forum there's a 4 year old thread on Bald Eagles, and in the beginning it mentions a 'fish tosser' of some sort. The guys say that it's legal as far as they can tell, but I tell you what, I wouldn't WANT a photo of a baited Bald Eagle. Thoughts?

Tell me, do you watch Challenger when he flies, or do you turn off the TV and sit there and get mad?

I don't care where or how the eagle got in front of my lens, if I got room on my card, I am taking it's picture.
