Silver dish. Camera on tripod. Fired by remote. (I'm on the right in the photo) :)

Yeah, I don't have a set of gels for my Einstein. I'll try to warm us up a bit more in post.

I had the big light really close to her- one of the unique characteristics of the parabolic umbrellas is that they cast specular highlights.

It might be possible to get a similar effect with a smaller light source that isn't parabolic and huge, but it also might take a bit of post work to get this exact lighting effect.
