Most of the time it shows up, unless you used Post processing software that removed it..

Hello! I was directed to this thread by a member from another thread. I am new to photography, and I am very internet-shy when it comes to posting my shots. In terms of technical skills, I am still learning them (Like how Aperture and Shutter speed and stuff all work together), so I understand that my stuff is not that great! Here is the only two pictures I have up, it's not very heavily post-processed. I just changed some light and color balance here and there in Photoshop :)

Hi, welcome to the thread! Don't be shy about posting your pictures up here. Most everyone on this forum is very helpful and encouraging! The pictures on your flickr page look really good. You have a good head start. A lot better than I did anyways. If you haven't already, I recommend getting Understanding Exposure (since you mentioned still learning aperture and shutter speed). It almost changed my pictures overnight, it also changed the way I look at a scene. Post away. The best way I learned was by getting critiques on what I was doing wrong or how I might improve a picture in the future. Helps a lot.

I could always add the info, is there a way to do that on Flickr (if it's more helpful)? I have never used it before heh.

You can post the EXIF data here.

From a Tzalman post
Open picture in (T3i software), Digital Photo Proffessional : Open Info window, right-click and click 'Select all', right-click and click 'Copy'. The Exif is on your clipboard, paste it in your next reply.

Took me a minute to realize what that was, Dutch. I'm really loving this series you've been doing.

this one as taken a little afternoon, during my lunchbreak, There was a lot of harsh sunlight. so I exposed for the snow, in front of the leaf. Exposing for the leaf might have been better to bring out some of the harsh shadows, but I think the snow would have been blown out.
