It's a *World* championship which only ONE country plays ;)

You very rarely hear the term "world champion" in conjunction with the Super Bowl. But even if you do, the US teams are probably the best anyway, at least for now.

It's not like the "World Series", which if were truly a world championship, the US probably wouldn't win very much.

the real men over here play rugby ,its like your american football ,but they don't wear body armour or mind getting hurt or even losing a few teeth .theres still a lot you colonials need to learn about real sport .ROFPMSL .:oops:

Comparisons between rugby and football are only made by people who don't know both codes. Completely different sports. The collisions are completely different. Anyone who has played both will know.

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

lol.... About three or four of us showed up with the Tamrons where I usually go, yesterday. The one older guy I always see there was like "Was there a special at Wall-mart or something?" haha.

Man, I never thought a light friendly quip by somebody would lead to this thread moving 6-7 pages without a single picture being posted!!

My bad... thanks for clearing that up. I admit I should have taken more interest in understanding the game and associated terms during my 5 years stay in Vegas. I always thought the Super Bowl was the Grand Finale of the NFL *World* Championship err Series. :p

Anyway, I did a bit of a reading and found this interesting article from back in 2011.. stays on a lighter note but a good read overall.
