UPDATE: The Northern Shrike returned last night when it was getting dark. He was closer to the window, so I was able to get better shots of him. Not great but better! Sharing two new images.

Sorry for the poor quality. Taken through two different windows, and the first has a branch in front of the bird. He was about the size of a Bluejay, and was perched near my feeders. All puffed up like a Bluejay, but the color was wrong. What do I have here?
