Not the most astonishing shot in the world, but I think it came out alright :) the 40mm pancake is certainly very sharp!

Thanks I want to say I used one flash up high through white umbrella to the right of me for the second shot and the first shot I am sure no more than two flashes because that's all I had when I shot this series.

^No. They are as fast as non-USM lenses like the kit lens or nifty fifty. The STM lenses however focus a lot quieter than non-STM non-USM lenses.

That's awesome.

I just re-bought this lens. I had it for about twenty shots, then returned it because I needed a flash ASAP for a shoot. Then, I got paid, went back and bought it again. This time I can keep it.

Now, if perhaps I can learn THAT kind of lighting (^^^) then I'll be set. :)
