thanks joonrhee, it was fun, and plenty of driving in circles and traffic.

last night was the longest amount of shooting I've done. 7:30 - 11pm!

Nice shots! Where did you guys park?

Nice shots! Where did you guys park?

I parked around 5th and S Beaudry Ave, on Beaudry Ave (paid meters were off at night).

from there, it's right next to 6th street, and 4th street is down the street, just walking.

it was easy parking for the 6th street, but for 4th street, there's a club around 4th and boylston with free parking, but you probably wont get it, only a couple slots. 4th has an incredible view for sure, but parking is a little far, but I didnt mind walking. Parking for disney was much easier, right around the perimeter of the building.

EDIT: at the end of the night while leaving, I saw grand park. I managed to capture a very nice concept, but image blurry. Will try for it again next time. Lots of places to explore near the concert hall.

A different kind of shooting this weekend.

QUOTED IMAGE

Nice that is what I did Saturday, looks like you were at Burro. I don't take photos shooting, don't want any evidence....hehehehehe. Was the new toy accurate?

My father-in-law recently passed away and one of the guns he owned was given to me. It's a rare semi-auto 30-06, talk about powerful and dead nuts accurate man that was fun to shoot.

A cement truck exits the crowded 110 freeway in downtown Los Angeles to deliver concrete to the future site of the Wilshire Grand Center. Approximately 200 trucks will make several deliveries each in what is claimed will be the largest continuous concrete pour in history. The trucks only have a small window of time to deliver the cement before it becomes unusable in the foundation. 2/15/2014

Pretty impressive concrete pour. Unless special admixes were used, each truck load of concrete has 90 minutes from the time it leaves the batch plant before it can be rejected for being too old.

good thing is that it's right next to grand park, which looks to be very photogenic. I found about about this purely on accident (drove in a circle after accidentally passing the concert hall).

I'm going back for Grand Park.
