I think this is a Pine Siskin but am not quite sure. There seem to be many of them here but they are very skittish and difficult to capture.

Its a Warbler,,Don..yellow-rumped as moose said,,but a nice capture for sure..

Thanks Al and Ron. At first I had thought it was a Yellow Warbler but then it looked closer to the Siskin in colouring.
