Love the Vixen shot, she really is a very photogenic specimen. Must re-visit again this year, hopefully the reds will be a bit more active.

.com is available!

.co.uk is registered in your name you can just get hosting elsewhere and point it there. you can even forward it to your flickr in theory.

It will be in the DNS settings of the control panel for the company you registered this with. If you pop round with the details, I can do it for you.

Hi folks,
Have missed a few days on here - although did Happy Birthday Chris on Facebook!
Mike - yikes re the helicopter trip and even more so to JD! no way could I do that... I was shown some amazing footage from a photographer we used to work with - he did the small see through helicopter thing over mustangs a few years back - it was amazing but scary stuff.
Nice Bentley shots too :D
And a very cute harvest mouse - I'd warm up the white balance a bit though it's a bit brrrr cold lol!
Well done Kev on the lego shot, great work.

I"ve been busy with dog stuff as per usual - photographing at Gaucho on their Doggy Sundays, I met Jonathan Ross there and photographed one of his dogs but not really meant to say because he wasn't keen on people knowing he was there. He was nice though.
Other than that, dogs in the studio has been going well.

Off to Manchester tomorrow evening to see Prince yay!

one of yesterday's faves

Ordered my Gary. Font diffuser yesterday, so I can't wait til it arrives. Then I think the lego might have to come out until the bugs come out.

@ Jonathan ~ super doors off heli flight. Though not doors off it reminded me of a flight we had in Reunion over the deep ravines and even over the volcanic zone but all my images from that trip were taken on film...............no idea where they are right now :(

Yeah, i let it go as they wanted a bloody fortune for it after the first two years.

I thought .co.uk domains were only something like £1.99 a year? I've got a few and don't recall paying more than that every time they come up for renewal. Saying that my .tw domain is £25 a year

The "bloody fortune" probably comes from the price of website hosting rather than the actual domain name registration.

If you add things like MySql databases or shopping carts, i.e. anything to make your website dynamic, the price starts to creep (or is that shoot) up.

Not if you hosted with me! I was £50 unlimited everything. I don't host anymore!

Just a quick one for Imac owners. I need more USB 3.0 ports. I have a 4 port hub, but this is still not enough. Can anyone recommend a hub with more ports please.

This from Dungeness on Saturday

Errrr it's the sea - it's going to be deep!!!

I know it's explaining that it drops off quickly but first glance made me laugh out loud.
If you have never been to Dungeness 'beach' please make the effort to go, it's one of the most surreal places I have ever been, it's almost apocalyptic.

example:
