I'm pretty excited about everything Fuji is doing, this new camera included. It's seriously making me consider a brand switch, partly because a smaller, lighter kit that can still produce is very, very appealing. Anyone else thinking about switching?

I'd be down for switching and sticking to the 23mm 1.4 and 56mm 1.2 lens kit. I wish they would release a 135mm equal F2 lens.

I haven't totally switched as I still own my Canon gear, though it hasn't been used more than twice in over a year. But 90% of my shooting is now done with Fuji, 5% with a Ricoh GR, 4% with film gear, and 1% with Canon DSLR. Does that add up to 100? I think so, lol.

i'm almost the same as you, but I would have the 60mm macro. I just don't know how it goes against the 100mm F2 macro by canon.

That's what my plan is as well. I already have X-T1 preordered and 23mm f/1.4 ordered. Later this year, I will get a 56mm f/1.2 and I will be done. :D

I have the wants, big time now. I made myself believe that my E-M1 is inadequate, that I need the Fuji glass.

But truth be told, I don't really need it, but just want it.

I've always loved Fuji output, just didn't like the responsiveness of the older bodies and the sluggish AF. Now that it seems they've addressed it plus added the tilt screen and the huge, gorgeous EVF I'm sold.

I got 5DIII, E-M5 (maybe in a month or two E-M1 (or the X-T1) and the A7r. the Canon is being used the least.

I am very much considering switching. But may just add xe1 kit and begin with lens selection until I am certain. I really like the way Fuji is doing things of late - and the xt1 makes me gaseous fer sure!

Now all they need is a nice long fast lens to go with it.

I'm getting mine on Monday. In anticipation I ordered the 27 pancake on sale for $199. Thought, hmm, that's not fast enough for me, so I added in the 35. Then though, the pancake would be more practical on a smaller body, so ordered the X-M1. Got the X-M1 in the other day and didn't mesh with it, so packaged it up to return. Then I thought, the X-M1 is $600, let's check how much the 14 2.8 is. Low and behold, same price. So guess what I did? Yup, serious GAS attack. Started the week with no investment in a Fuji, now I find myself with a X-T1, 18-55, 14 prime, 27 prime, and 35 prime. Ouch, I'm going to hate seeing my credit card next month,

Luckily for me the lens sale has another advantage. While the new prices are reduced, so are the used prices. The 35 normally goes for $599, on sale for $449. Got a 9 condition one for $379. Same for the 14, new price is $899, sale price is $699, got it in 9+ condition for $599. So what would've cost $1,500 new ended up being less than $1k in mint condition. Gotta stop looking... But I do see that the 60 macro used is only $330....
