If fairly far back, get the 200/2.8L. For what it is, it's cheap (can be found pretty regularly for $700-750).

The 200 2.8L ii has been an outstanding performer for me and I highly recommend it for its AF, colors, contrast and manageable size.

I got mine for $520 like new and paid $10 for a NIB hood. You can pick up the first edition of this lens for close to $400 sometimes and the IQ is identical.

That's awesome, haven't seen it that low yet! I'm still torn whether I want this one or the 135L (I'll probably get both eventually, but don't know which I'll get first).

Could be my monitor, but it's looking a bit on the warm side.

Shot recruitment photos for one of my University's sororities:

I think it's my screen. I'm playing with it on an old laptop.

I made some adjustments

I am contemplating doing the move to a 6d from my 7d.
I was trying my friends out who just upgraded from a 50d I believe.
The IQ was well outstanding maybe it's my inability to get the most from the 7d but with my 70-200 2.8 the 6D was way sharper in 3 different shots in different light.
Bad part is I guess I would have to get a different w/a since mine is for crop?

Sharpness is huge difference going from a crop. Sure, you can get a sharp pic with any camera if you work at it, but going full frame makes it a lot easier.

Ken, it really depends upon what you want to photograph. If it's wide angle stuff, then you'll love the 6D, especially with the 16-35mm lens. But if you like fast action, sports photography with your 70-200, then you might prefer the reach of the 7D. IQ of the 6D is excellent and much better then the 7D, but if it's not suited to the type of stuff you shoot, it may leave you disappointed. As for me, I would never go back to a crop sensor because the IQ and dynamic range of FF is far superior.
Good luck with your choice, let us know what you decide ;-)a
All the best,
Jeff
