Just giving a heads up if anyone is interested. This is my next purchase if still available next week. can't wait to get my hands on this. Anyone else giving this a try?

Got one already and I think you are going to be very pleased with it.Super sharp and background blur at 1.8 is wicked.I have to keep telling myself it has more apertures than 1.8

Grab one while they are in stock. The lens has been a tough one to get a hold on since it's release. Granted the longer it's out the easier it will be to get a hold of, but it's a great lens!

I picked one up a few weeks back. I have some "life" issues going on right now, so I haven't been able to get out and really use just yet. What I have been able get from it is very nice. My Amazon purchased copy turned out to be gray market, so I am pleased I received a good copy!
