I know you may be wanting someone to tell you go here and tell these people this, and you will get business, but it doesn't work that way. So best I can do is give you some advice about where to start planning your business.
Marketing a photography company is like marketing for any new business. It requires a business plan and course of action.
In its simplest form you need to know the 4 P's (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion). You also need to fully understand who your Primary Market and Secondary Market is.
You Primary Market is defined by demographic, geographic and socio-graphic information that creates a profile for the customers you want to target. Your Secondary Market are the next biggest group that "may" use your service but they are not who you are specifically targeting.
Product - what are you selling to people (service wise, is it wedding packages, corporate head-shots
Price - What is your pricing strategy and rates
Place - What mediums and methods will you target your primary market
Promotion - What is you message and advertising
You need to know this first before you can just go out and start making money. It is for this reason 85% of all businesses fail - They don't have a plan nor do they fully know who their customer is our how to find them.
Based on the few things you indicated in your post, you are in Brazil, and you want to shoot weddings.
If you have not shot weddings before and have no "Style" yet, you need to start with that before anyone will seek you out. You need a reputation, and word of mouth is the most powerful marketing tool you will ever have for getting business.
Today more people use the Internet that Yellow Pages, so you need a web presence with solid SEO so you can get ranked in Google. Your website must be professional and high-quality, as that is the first impression many people will have of you. I can tell you most of my work comes from Google searches and people finding my site simple, clean and informative. I hear all the time, "I looked at your site and a couple others, I went with you, because I really liked your site". Getting found in Google is hard when starting out, and you will have to invest in Google Ads to begin with to drive business.
You can use Craigslist/kijiji/ classifieds site to get business starting out, but your clientele will be lower quality and be looking for a bargain, but that is not to say there is no business to be had that way.
But here is the thing, to get any amount of work you really need to know who your market is and go after them where they live/work/play. Think like your client, and get your message out through those subsidiary services that they would also need. For me I am in Sports, I have relationships with various Community Clubs, and get my information in Coaches Packages at the beginning of the season - why? because it is the Coach and Manager that get asked by the parents if they are getting team photos. If my information is already in hand, they don't have to spend any time or effort to find someone.
Like it or not all this will take money, and you have to be willing to spend money to make money.
I strongly suggest that you start with writing a Business Plan (including a Marketing Plan), identify who and what you want to do - You can't do and be everything. and then try and understand how to get your message in front of your market.
