Finally upgraded from the 5DII and glad I did. Just for AF alone, stunning the difference it made this weekend while at a Cheerleading Provincial Championship, spot on for the action shots!

One of the many shots:

Thanks! I had to follow you to keep up with your amazing shots outside of Flickr and the Sigma 35 threads! :)

Wow Nitin, you don't post a lot but when you do, it's always brilliant!

Thanks a lot Scrumhalf. Started as a wedding photographer past few months. Since then life has become a lot busier with the regular day job + being a wedding photographer.

I am glad that you liked my work, thanks for letting me know.

When I shoot weddings I have people who walk in front of me all the time, but it doesn't bother me because I lock the focus and keep my finger on the back button and can keep shooting without losing the focus on the subject. On a shoot focus and recompose all the time using the back button, it allows me to recompose just once and shoot several times. Shooting a moving subject, always pressing the back button all the time while shooting continuous on AI Servo. I guess if someone is used to the other way it works just fine, but for me the back button focusing is much much better and practical

Did anyone come to the mark 3 from the mark 2 and notice any difference in how pictures "look"? portraits with the 5d2 had a certain nostalgic/film feel to them, im wondering if the 5d3 is different.
