No, she doesn't always look this intense. She's smiling or laughing pretty much all the time. I asked her for 'badass' and this is what I got...

I prefer the image with the hand in the shot. You can imagine a story around it to complete (add depth?) to the picture. Perhaps she is about to brush her hand through her hair but you caught her just at the point in which unconscious thought becomes conscious motion.
